Please read these terms carefully before using the ba99p platform — all important rules regarding accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are described in detail here.

  • These Terms are written in Bengali, and the Bengali version shall be considered the original and binding version.
  • In the event of any dispute over interpretation, the Bengali text shall be considered final.
  • ba99p reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect as soon as they are published.
  • By continuing to use the platform, you accept any updated Terms.

2Eligibility and Age Requirements

The following eligibility criteria must be met to participate on the ba99p platform:

  • Age Requirement: Only individuals aged 21 or older may register and play on the ba99p platform.
  • Individual Account: Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • Personal Use: The account must be used for personal entertainment only — use for professional or commercial purposes is not permitted.
  • Accurate Information: Complete, true, and accurate information must be provided at the time of registration.

ba99p may request a copy of your identity document at any time to verify your age. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3Account Registration and Management

When creating an account on ba99p, the player must provide accurate and complete personal information. The member is solely responsible for the security of their account.

  • The account password must be kept confidential, and no third party may be given access to the account.
  • Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to the ba99p support team immediately.
  • To make any changes to account information, you must contact the support team.
  • Operating multiple accounts from one household or device is not permitted.
  • To close an account, the support team must be notified in writing. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

ba99p supports transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking and digital payment services. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposit Terms:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 for each method.
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to your account within a few minutes.
  • Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
  • Depositing from accounts or cards held in a third party's name is prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • Account verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
  • Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Winnings from any bonus must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.

5Bonuses and Promotions

ba99p offers bonuses and promotions for its members. Each bonus has specific terms that the member must comply with.

Welcome Bonus:

  • 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

Wagering Requirements:

  • Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
  • You must wager the bonus amount 15 times.
  • Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = after placing ৳15,000 in wagers, winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirement.

General Bonus Terms:

  • A bonus offer can be claimed only once per account.
  • ba99p reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
  • Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account closure.
  • After receiving a bonus, a specific time limit applies to complete the wagering requirement.

Different promotions may have separate wagering requirements and expiry periods. Please read the specific terms of each offer before accepting it.

VIP, Betting and Gaming Rules

6VIP and Loyalty Program

ba99p's VIP program has four tiers. By playing regularly, members can advance to higher tiers and enjoy additional benefits.

  • Bronze Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
  • Silver Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
  • Gold Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
  • Platinum Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
  • ba99p's decision on determining and changing VIP tiers is final.
  • Cashback is paid at a set time each week.
  • VIP benefits cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Involvement in prohibited activities may result in cancellation of VIP membership.

7Sports Betting Rules

ba99p offers betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other sporting events. Please read the following rules carefully before placing bets.

  • Confirmed or in-progress match bets cannot be changed or cancelled under any circumstances.
  • If a match is abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled indefinitely, bets will be settled in accordance with ba99p's rules.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed in any market due to a technical issue, ba99p reserves the right to void those bets.
  • Betting based on match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
  • ba99p reserves the right to set or change betting limits for any player.
  • In live betting, bets placed after a market has closed are not accepted.

For example, the toss winner market in a Bangladesh vs India match is a common market type. Such examples are for illustration purposes only — they do not indicate any specific match date or outcome.

8Casino and Gaming Rules

ba99p offers games from various reputable providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. All games operate according to fair play principles.

  • The outcome of all games is determined impartially through RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
  • If your internet connection drops during a game, the game result is saved and can be viewed once the connection is restored.
  • If any round remains incomplete due to a technical error, ba99p will review it and provide an appropriate resolution.
  • In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final and play is conducted according to the on-screen rules.

  • Engaging in any fraudulent conduct against other members.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
  • Creating an account or claiming a bonus using false or misleading information.

13Limitation of Liability

Participation in gaming and betting activities through the ba99p platform is entirely your own decision and at your own risk.

  • ba99p is not responsible for any financial losses arising from gaming activities.
  • ba99p is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or any other technical issues — however, a fair resolution will always be sought.
  • For any issues with third-party game providers' software, the respective provider's own terms and conditions apply.
  • Unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or network infrastructure failures) are beyond ba99p's control — liability cannot be accepted in such cases.

14Changes to Terms

ba99p may amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page and will be considered effective from the date of publication.
